Who processes your data
The data controller is FRIME, Wilcza 26, 00-544 Warsaw. For privacy questions: the email address in the page footer.
What we collect and why
On this site we use cookie-less analytics (Plausible or a similar tool). It records anonymous traffic stats: which page, which country, which screen size. We don't link this data to you. Bookings are handled by an external service, Booksy, whose policy is on their own site.
How long we keep it
Traffic stats are kept for 12 months. Booking data is stored by Booksy according to their policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it and transfer it. You can also object to processing at any time. Email us and we respond within 30 days.
Complaint
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
